VA Transfer Station

We run the call center. You take the transfer.

A room of trained VAs on our pacer, working leads until someone is on the phone and worth talking to — then handing that person to your closer while they are still on the line.

Its own address: floor.virtualcloser.com. Every app runs at app.virtualcloser.com until each one moves to its own.

What is in it

4 parts, and you get all of them.

A qualified transfer, not a warm body

A VA does not get to declare a lead good. The tier arms itself from what they actually captured — the state, the age, who the cover is for, whether they are insured now — and a transfer cannot be labelled better than the facts on it.

The insurability form, filled on the call

The VA opens the real form with the prospect and fills it in with them, on a secure link, with the prospect's own consent recorded. That is a graded case handed over, not a name and a number.

Text and email from the same desk

The VA can send that form by text or by email and watch the thread — so a prospect who says “email it to me” gets it before the call ends, rather than becoming a follow-up nobody makes.

Your closer gets one screen

The transfer arrives with the state, the product, the answers and one line of context from the VA. No re-dial, no re-ask, no reading a CRM tab while somebody waits.

Worth knowing

This one you cannot sign up for.

Every other tool on this page is software you buy and log into. This is not: it is our own call center, staffed by our own VAs, and the app they work in is gated to our agency rather than sold with the CRM. It is here because it is genuinely one of the ways we produce business — alongside the lead marketplace and inbound — and an agency taking transfers from us should know exactly what stands behind them. If you want transfers, that is a conversation, not a checkout.
