AI & Automations
A trigger, then steps. Texts, emails, waits, branches, and the point where the AI takes the conversation over. Built once; running while you sleep.
Its own address: automations.virtualcloser.com. Every app runs at app.virtualcloser.com until each one moves to its own.

What is in it
A trigger — a form, a disposition, a date, a tag — and the steps that follow it. Branches for when the answer changes what should happen next.
Email and SMS templates live here, with the builder that uses them, because a template library in a different app is a library nobody updates.
Hand the thread to the assistant mid-sequence and take it back when it books. The sequence is the plan; the AI is what handles the reply that was not in it.
What the assistant is allowed to do, and the calendar it books into. One screen, in the app that uses it.
Worth knowing
Not one at a time — permanently. An automatic trigger can never re-enter a lead into a workflow they have already finished. That is stricter than most automation tools and it is deliberate: the failure mode it prevents is the one where a lead who already said no gets a sequence again six months later, from a system that forgot. Re-entry is a human decision here.
