We reply within one business day, Monday–Friday. Include your organization name and a screenshot if you can — it usually saves a round trip.
Manage your team, phone numbers, calendar, integrations, billing, and AI settings.
Virtual Closer is a CRM for sales teams that work leads by phone and text. It unifies your leads, conversations, calls, calendar, and pipeline — and adds an autonomous SMS AI that opens conversations, replies to leads, and books appointments, plus a ranked daily worklist that tells each rep who to call next.
Accounts are provisioned by your organization's admin — Virtual Closer is sold to businesses, so there's no public self-signup. If you already have an account, use Sign in above and choose "Forgot password" to reset it. If you're locked out or you're not sure who your admin is, email support@virtualcloser.com and we'll sort it out.
Yes — Virtual Closer sends through your carrier account, not ours. Connect your own Telnyx, SignalHouse, or Twilio credentials under Settings, and your numbers and carrier relationship stay yours. You can start with a single number; as you scale, add more and Virtual Closer assigns each lead a consistent local caller ID automatically.
Almost always 10DLC registration. US carriers require every business sending A2P text messages to register a brand and campaign, and Virtual Closer deliberately blocks sending until your organization's registered brand is configured — sending without it is a compliance violation and gets your traffic filtered. Registration typically takes one to two weeks. Start it under A2P Registration in the app, and email support if it stalls.
The engine runs continuously, but it respects each lead's local quiet hours — messages generated overnight are held and released in the morning rather than sent at 2am. It honors STOP and other opt-out language immediately and permanently, skips archived leads, and paces sends to stay inside carrier limits. You can pause the AI on any single conversation, or across the board, at any time — and it re-checks that pause at the moment of sending, so taking over mid-thread stops the next message even if it was already drafted.
Yes, that's the point of it. When a lead names a time, the AI writes the appointment to the assigned rep's calendar and confirms it in the thread. Before the write lands, a booking gate compares the slot against what the lead actually asked for, so the time and day can't quietly drift. Connect Google Calendar under Integrations for two-way sync.
Gmail and Google Calendar; Telnyx, SignalHouse, and Twilio for SMS and voice; and Telegram for the rep copilot. Connect them from Integrations inside the app, each with a guided flow.
Usage-based, from a prepaid wallet — you top the balance up and usage draws it down at the rates shown on your Billing page. There are no per-seat minimums. You can set an auto-reload threshold so the balance never runs out mid-day. Carrier costs are billed to you directly by your own carrier, since it's your account.
Email support@virtualcloser.com from the address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We'll confirm it's you, then delete your user account and its associated personal data within 30 days.
One caveat worth knowing: if you're a user inside a company's organization, the lead and conversation records in that workspace belong to your employer, not to you — we can delete your user account, but we can't delete their business records on your request. To remove an entire organization and its data, the request has to come from an admin on that account. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Email support@virtualcloser.com with a short description and, if you can, a screenshot and roughly when it happened. We read every message.
Each customer's data is isolated, and we don't sell it or let AI providers train general-purpose models on it. See the Privacy Policy for how information is collected, used, and protected, and the Terms of Service for the agreement itself.
