Why this exists
It was built inside a sales floor, not a boardroom.
Virtual Closer didn't start as a product. It started because a team was losing real money in the gap between a lead coming in and a human getting to it — and every CRM on the market was happy to store that lead while it went cold.
So the texting AI got built first, against live leads, with the people who'd get blamed if it said something stupid sitting ten feet away. Everything since — the ranked worklist, the agents that mine what the good reps do, the auditor that double-checks the bookings — came out of a specific bad day. Something broke, we found out why, and the fix stayed in.
That's the whole pitch. It isn't a demo that survived contact with reality. It's what reality left behind.
