Telephony

Numbers, carriers, and whether any of it arrives.

The layer underneath calling and texting both. An agency that only texts still buys numbers; an agency that brings its own carrier buys none of ours.

Its own address: telephony.virtualcloser.com. Every app runs at app.virtualcloser.com until each one moves to its own.

The ladder. Each rung unlocks the next, two of them sit in a review queue that is not ours, and texting stays blocked until they clear.

Texting compliance

The registration that decides whether your texts arrive.

US carriers filter unregistered business texting, and they do it quietly. The registration is yours to submit — what holds it up is the public compliance page most agencies have nowhere to host. We build that part.

The public page a reviewer has to find

A live landing page for your agency, generated from your business details and hosted at a real URL you paste into the registration. If you have no website, this is the website as far as a carrier reviewer is concerned — which is the step that stops most agencies before they start.

Privacy policy, terms and the opt-in language

The documents written for texting rather than for a website: how someone opts in, message frequency, STOP and HELP, and that opt-in data is never sold. Written from what your agency actually does, published alongside the page and linked where a reviewer expects them.

Numbers that attach to the campaign

Once your campaign is approved, the numbers you send from are attached to it here, so the traffic you send is the traffic that was registered. Registering once and then texting from an unrelated number is the common way this quietly fails later.

You file it. We don't — yet. This is self-serve on purpose and worth being blunt about: we do not submit your brand or your campaign for you. You file them under your own legal entity and your own carrier account, because that is whose entity it has to be. What we remove is the reason it stalls — the hosted page, the privacy policy, the terms and the opt-in disclosure that a reviewer has to be able to open, which is the part an agency with a Facebook page and no website cannot produce. Filing it on your behalf is something we can do as a special request rather than a tier you can buy today; ask on a walkthrough and we will tell you straight whether it makes sense for you. And nobody can promise an approval — that decision belongs to The Campaign Registry and the carriers, and a vendor who guarantees it is selling you something they do not control.

What is in it

3 parts, and you get all of them.

Your number inventory

What you own, in which area codes, pointed at which book — and what each one is costing you.

10DLC brand and campaign

The registration that decides whether a text is delivered or silently filtered, in the app that owns the numbers rather than in a settings page nobody opens.

Caller ID and reputation

What your numbers display, and what the carriers think of them. A number that shows up flagged is a number that stops getting answered.

Worth knowing

You file it. We do not — yet.

The 10DLC brand and campaign are registered in your name with your details, and outbound texting stays hard-blocked until they are live. That block is deliberate: unregistered traffic is filtered rather than bounced, so it looks like it sent and simply never arrives. We prepare and track the filing; the submission is yours.
