Dialer
Command center, hot leads, the power dialer, the auto dialer. A producer opens this to work, not to look something up — which is exactly why it is not part of the CRM.
Its own address: dial.virtualcloser.com. Every app runs at app.virtualcloser.com until each one moves to its own.

Hot leads & worklist
The first screen a producer opens has already chosen for them — ranked, with a reason attached to every name.
A lead who booked then no-showed told you when they're reachable. That weekday and hour comes back weekly while they're fresh, then tapers as they cool.
Left alone a producer calls the same familiar names until those go cold too. The list is built from whoever is actually due.
"Dial all" loads the whole worklist into the power dialer. Open any lead to read the thread and send a drafted text without leaving the page.
The ranking learns from your team, not a vendor's average. Every lead carries three buttons — worked, not hot, dismiss. That feedback is mined weekly and re-weights the scorer against what your agency actually converts. The adjustments are deliberately conservative: it tunes, it doesn't lurch.
Power dialer
Conference-based dialing, so your producers' time goes to people who answered rather than to a list of numbers.
Dialing pauses automatically at 2.5%, under the 3% line, so a bad run throttles before it becomes a violation. Tunable per agency; not removable.
Each lead keeps the same local number every time, so your caller ID stays recognisable instead of looking like a new stranger each attempt.
Opt-in per session, and where the law requires it the lead hears a short notice before anything is recorded.
The failure mode here is legal, not operational. That's why the brake can be tuned but not switched off. A dialer that lets you exceed the abandonment limit is a dialer that will eventually cost you more than it made.
What is in it
The day's queue in one place — replies waiting, follow-ups due, appointments booked, and the button that starts dialing them.
Build a list, invite the reps, and put everybody in the same room against the same set of leads.
State, intent, the text thread and the form they filled, on the card you are dialing from. A dial surface that hides the person is a dial surface that wastes the call.
Worth knowing
There is no separate “dialer permission” to hand out. A rep who works prospects dials prospects and a rep who works clients dials clients, because the grant they already have is the one the dialer reads. Buying this tool adds a phone to the people you have; it does not open a door to records they could not already see.
