Integrations

It talks to what you already run.

Every integration below is on both plans — none of them is an upsell, and none of them costs extra. If the thing you need is not here, the inbound webhook or Zapier almost certainly covers it.

Who we connect to

Named, so you can check.

Each of these is a real connection you set up from Settings → Integrations inside the CRM, not a roadmap item.

Google Workspace

Calendar and Gmail

Connect a Google account once. Bookings write to the producer's own calendar and read their busy times back, so the CRM never books over something it cannot see, and email sends from their real address instead of a noreply nobody replies to.

Microsoft 365

Outlook calendar and mail

The same for agencies on Microsoft, including the shared mailbox carrier commission statements are read out of.

Zoom

Meetings

Connect your own Zoom account and every appointment gets a real meeting link at the moment it is booked. Reschedule the appointment and the meeting moves with it; cancel and it is cancelled, rather than leaving a dead link in someone's calendar.

Zapier

Everything else

Create an API key in the CRM, paste it into Zapier, and a new lead, a booked appointment or a changed disposition can trigger anything in Zapier's catalogue. Keys are scoped to an agency or to one producer, and revoking one takes effect on the next request.

Slack

Team notifications

Paste a Slack Incoming Webhook, pick the events that matter, and new leads, booked appointments and conversions post straight into the channel your team already watches — the rep's name and the meeting link come with the appointment. No bot to install; an admin adds it once from Settings → Integrations.

Telnyx, Twilio and SignalHouse

Voice and SMS

Bring your own carrier rather than renting numbers from us. The account, the numbers, the A2P registration and the per-message rate stay yours — we are the software, not a reseller taking a margin on every text.

Any form, dialer or lead vendor

Inbound webhooks

Every campaign has a URL that accepts leads as they are captured. Nothing has to be built on the other end and no connector is required, which is usually the fastest way to get a vendor's leads flowing on day one.

What Zapier can watch for

Six triggers, the whole funnel.

Create an API key in Settings → Integrations, paste it into Zapier, and any of these fires the moment it happens — no polling delay, and no field you map that arrives empty. Each one carries what a Zap needs, resolved for you: the rep's name on an appointment, the moment of conversion on a client.

New Lead

→ Slack, SMS, a sheet

The moment a lead enters from a form, a vendor or a rep adding one by hand — post it to a channel, text the assigned producer, or append a row. Bulk imports stay quiet on purpose.

Lead Disposition Changed

→ sequences, logs

Every status move — interested, callback, not interested — as it happens, so another tool can record it or start a follow-up the instant it changes.

Appointment Booked

→ calendar, confirmations

The meeting link, the time and the rep's name, so a Zap can drop it on a calendar or fire a confirmation without anyone adding a lookup step for who it is with.

Appointment Cancelled

→ alerts, slot reuse

A cancellation the instant it happens, stamped with when it was cancelled — reopen the slot elsewhere or tell the setter before the hour is wasted.

Appointment No-Show

→ re-engagement

Marked after the fact, sometimes days later, and stamped with when it was marked rather than the appointment time — so a follow-up task lands in the right week.

Lead Converted to Client

→ accounting, onboarding

A policy was written. Create the customer in QuickBooks, kick off onboarding or send a welcome — with the client record and the moment of conversion.

At a glance

The short version.

  • Google Workspace — Connect once and your calendar syncs both ways and email sends from your own address, not a noreply.
  • Outlook & Microsoft 365 — The same, for agencies on Microsoft — including the mailbox carrier statements are read from.
  • Zoom — Connect your own Zoom and every booking gets a real meeting link, cancelled and rebuilt automatically when the lead reschedules.
  • Zapier — An API key connects the CRM to thousands of other apps, so a new lead or a booked appointment can trigger whatever you already run.
  • Slack — Paste an Incoming Webhook and new leads, booked appointments and conversions post straight into the channel your team already watches.
  • Your own carrier — Bring Telnyx, Twilio or SignalHouse. The numbers, the A2P registration and the per-message rate stay yours.
  • Inbound webhooks — Every campaign has a URL that accepts leads from any form, dialer or vendor — no connector needed at the other end.

Worth knowing

What is not here yet.

There is no native Calendly connection today — it gets asked for, and saying otherwise on this page would be the easiest lie on the site to tell. Zapier covers a great deal of what people want it for in the meantime, and the API is documented rather than private.
