One price, then pick your tools

The CRM is $19.99 a person. The AI is up to you.

Most CRMs bundle everything and bill you for the most expensive thing in the box. We unbundled it: the platform is one flat seat, and every AI tool is unlocked and metered. You pay for what you run, from credits you top up. Run nothing, pay nothing.

Base CRM subscription

$19.99per person / month

Everyone holds one. You, and everyone you invite. There is no separate solo plan and no cheaper seat for a bigger team.

  • Leads, pipelines and the power dialer
  • SMS and email through your own carrier
  • Workflows, booking pages and two-way calendar sync
  • Call recordings, transcripts and consent handling
  • Commission tracking, reporting and the mobile apps

On top of this: AI usage. Every tool is unlocked and charged by what it runs, from credits you top up.

Then, one choice about the account

Agent

$19.99/mo

You, working your own book. One seat, nothing on top.

Agency

$49.99/mo all-in for the owner

Your seat plus $30 flat to run a team. Roles and permissions, agency-wide reporting, lead distribution, commission schedules and the sales floor. Flat forever: it does not go up when you hire. Everyone you invite is $19.99.

A ten-person agency is $229.90 a month for the CRM. That is the whole platform bill.

Build your plan

Tick what you want. Nothing is bundled.

These are the platform lines. The parts with a fixed monthly price. The AI is not on this list because there is nothing to tick: every tool is already unlocked, and you pay for what it actually runs, from credits you top up.

Base CRM subscription, everyone on the account $19.99 per person / month

Per-person add-ons are charged only for the people you switch them on for, the total above assumes everyone. Carrier charges for texts and calls are billed by your own provider, not by us.

Agent or agency

What each one gets.

Everything a single agent needs to work their own book is in both plans. What the agency plan adds is the team half (comp grids, overrides, recruiting, downline reporting) every bit of which describes a relationship between two people.

Talk about a custom build

What you stop paying for

The software agents commonly stack together

A common HighLevel setup

  • HighLevel, Unlimited$297/mo
  • HighLevel, AI Employee, Unlimited$97/mo
  • WAVV, Power Dialer, single or multi-line$99–$149/dialing user
  • Carrier SMS & voice usageusage-based

Starts around $493–$543/month before carrier usage, with dialer cost rising as more producers need seats.

Virtual Closer

  • CRM, pipelines, calendars, workflowsIncluded
  • AI follow-upIncluded
  • Power dialerIncluded
  • Carrier SMS & voice usageusage-based

$19.99 per producer plus $30/month for an agency account. One subscription, published in full, month to month. AI tools are separate.

Also built into Virtual Closer

  • Recruiting pipeline
  • Team scoreboard and sales floor
  • Workflow and automation builder
  • Call recordings, transcripts and call intelligence
  • Training academy and SOP tooling
  • Commission, override and insurance-specific operations
  • AI booking and follow-up

Listed without a price on purpose. Agencies buy these in very different ways. Some run recruiting as a CRM pipeline, some keep SOPs wherever the team already writes things down, plenty buy no call-intelligence product at all. Attaching an invented subscription to each one would make the comparison easier to argue with and harder to believe.

Common questions

Questions people actually ask.

What do I get for $19.99, and what is missing?

The whole CRM: leads and pipeline, the dialer, SMS and email through your own carrier, workflows, calendars, booking pages, forms, reporting, call recordings, the mobile apps. Nothing is missing. The AI is unlocked too: the assistant that texts and books your leads, the copilot inside the CRM and the underwriting researcher. What is not included is the AI USAGE. You are charged for what those tools actually run, from credits you top up, and a month where you run nothing costs nothing. We stopped charging everyone for AI in case they used it.

So what does an agency actually pay?

Take a team of ten. Ten platform seats is $199.90, the agency account is $30 flat, so the CRM is $229.90 a month for the whole agency, and that is the whole fixed bill. On top of it you pay for the AI those ten people actually run, from credits they top up. We deliberately do not publish a typical figure for that: it depends entirely on how hard the AI is worked, and a number we invented here is one you would rightly hold us to.

Why is the CRM this cheap?

Because we do not charge you for AI you might not use. Most platforms bundle it into the seat, so everybody pays for the heaviest user in the building. We split them: $19.99 a person for the software, every AI tool unlocked on top of it, and you pay for the AI you actually run. Nothing runs, nothing is charged.

What is the difference between an agent account and an agency account?

$30 a month, flat. Everyone holds the same $19.99 seat. You, and everyone you invite. The agency account is what lets you invite them at all: team management, roles and permissions, agency-wide reporting and rollups, lead distribution, commission schedules and the sales floor. It is flat rather than per-agent, so it does not get more expensive when you hire.

Is the CRM cheaper if I buy leads from you?

It is the same price either way. The agency base is $30, which is not a number that needs discounting. What buying leads gets you is the 30-day trial and the marketing portal. Leads are billed separately and priced on their own page, nothing here assumes you buy them.

Is there a free trial?

There is a 30-day free trial when you buy leads from us. Taking the CRM on its own, you pay from the first month. There is no setup fee and no contract, so the commitment is one month either way.

Can I put my own brand on it?

Yes, and it comes with the agency account rather than being sold as an extra. Your logo, your colours and your fonts across the app and on the email your agency sends, and your own domain, app.youragency.com, instead of ours. A single producer with no team runs on our branding.

Is the AI help included, or is it extra?

Unlocked, and billed by usage: the AI Lead Assistant works your leads by text, Copilot reads your actual account rather than the manual, and the Underwriting Assistant researches carrier guides live while reading no account at all. There is nothing to subscribe to, each turn is charged from your AI credits.

Is the AI billed per agency or per person?

Per person. Each producer has their own AI credits and spends their own, so one person having a heavy month never stops anyone else working, which is the failure of a shared pool. An agency can choose to fund the whole team from one balance instead; the price is the same either way. One balance covers all three tools either way.

What is the difference between the three paid assistants?

The Lead Assistant works your leads for you. It opens the conversation by text, replies, qualifies and books, and the producer meets the lead at the appointment. Copilot works with you inside the CRM. It sets the account up, configures telecom and calendars, gets A2P registered, and then opens records, writes notes and moves dispositions alongside a producer. The Underwriting Assistant answers one question, which carrier and product a case goes to and what it will rate. By reading the carrier's own guide and quoting the rule it found; it is the one that never sees who the client is, because it has no access to your leads at all. All three are unlocked for everyone, there is nothing to pick and nothing to buy, and each one draws on the same AI credits when it runs.

What exactly am I charged for?

Each time an AI tool actually runs. A quick classification is a fraction of a cent; a long underwriting answer is more. Nothing runs, nothing is charged. An idle month costs you the platform seat and no more. Your wallet page shows what you have spent, what you are spending a day, and what that puts the month at, so it is not a surprise at the end of it. Carrier charges for the texts themselves stay with your own provider and are separate from this.

What happens when I run out of AI credits?

The tools pause and tell you so, with a link to top up, nothing is lost and nothing is deleted. A text conversation the AI is already having always finishes: someone who texts back is never left on read over billing. Leads that were waiting on a first message are picked back up automatically once you top up. For the texting assistant specifically we ask you to switch auto-reload on, because a conversation runs over days and it should never be able to stop halfway through.

Do unused AI credits expire?

No. They are not a monthly allowance and they do not reset. What you do not spend stays in your account until you use it. There is no use-it-or-lose-it month and no minimum spend.

Does each user get their own AI credits, or is it one agency pool?

Credits are per person, so one producer having a big month never stops anyone else working. And one balance covers every tool: a heavy underwriting week and a heavy texting week draw on the same credits instead of stranding you with the wrong kind left over.

Do AI credits include the cost of the texts?

No, and nothing on this page does. You connect your own carrier, Telnyx, Twilio or SignalHouse, and pay them directly for your numbers and messages. AI credits pay for the intelligence that works the lead: opening it, handling the replies, qualifying and booking.

Does the $19.99 seat come with a BAA?

No. HIPAA compliance and a signed Business Associate Agreement are a separate $150 a month, flat per account, and you need it on file before you put protected health information in any CRM including this one. It buys the agreement and the handling behind it: PHI minimised before it reaches any model, processing pinned to HIPAA-eligible regions, and prompt content never logged.

Is there a setup fee or a contract?

No setup fee, support is included, and it is month to month. You pay the monthly and that is the whole arrangement.
