New Agent
Get licensed, get contracted, get trained. Separate from Recruiting on purpose: the person you hired should not be looking at the pipeline they came out of.
Its own address: newagent.virtualcloser.com. Every app runs at app.virtualcloser.com until each one moves to its own.
Onboarding & Contracting
Their first ninety days · nothing here shows anybody else's numbers
What is in it
What is done, what is waiting on them, and what is waiting on you — instead of a spreadsheet of who has not sent their E&O back.
Every carrier they are being appointed with, tracked to completion, with the paperwork attached to the person rather than to somebody's inbox.
Product and process training on the same platform they will work in. Its own switch, because an agency that trains without recruiting is a real customer.
A contracting producer opens on their checklist; once they are through it, the app opens on the training. Nothing in here shows them anybody else's numbers.
Worth knowing
That is the whole reason it exists. Onboarding and training used to live inside Recruiting, which meant giving a brand-new agent their first task also gave them the applicant pipeline and every other recruit's record. Splitting them costs nothing — an agency that hires buys both — and it means a new hire's first login shows exactly the things that are theirs to do.
