Boards
Lists, cards, drag and drop, labels. Nothing surprising — except that a card can point at an actual prospect in the CRM, which is the part a general-purpose board cannot do.
Its own address: boards.virtualcloser.com. Every app runs at app.virtualcloser.com until each one moves to its own.
Q4 carrier onboarding
Lists, cards, drag and drop — and a card can point at a real prospect
What is in it
Exactly what you expect, and it works the way you expect. There is no learning curve here and there should not be.
Link a card to a prospect and it carries them — so the board is about your book rather than about a copy of your book.
Bring the boards you already have across, rather than retyping them and then maintaining two.
Worth knowing
This is not a project-management product and it is not trying to replace one. It exists because agencies were already running their launches, their carrier onboardings and their office projects on a board somewhere else, and the one thing that board could never do was point at a lead. It was buried inside the prospecting portal until 2026-09-04, which is why you may not have known it was there.
