Insurance agents and agencies

Licensed insurance agents and insurance agencies that use Virtual Closer. Virtual Closer is sales software for licensed insurance agencies. It is not insurance for consumers.

Planned steps

How it is planned to work

Choose Let it do things. These are changes, so the connection must be set to Let it do things.
Ask your assistant. For example: "Add a note that she wants a quote next week, tag her warm, and make me a task for Friday."
It calls the tool for each change. add_note adds a note under your name. add_tag and remove_tag change one tag. create_task makes a follow-up task for you with a day and an optional time. change_stage moves the lead to a stage named as it is in the app.
You see the status. Each answer is a status and a link to the lead in the app. It does not repeat the lead's name or contact details.

Coming soon. This is built but not switched on for accounts yet, so it is not available today. Planned tools: add_note, add_tag, remove_tag, create_task, change_stage.

Nothing is replaced

A note is added to the lead's notes under your name; it does not overwrite what is there.

A stage change can matter

A stage change can start or stop the account's own automated follow-up for that lead, so say which stage you mean.

Private by design

Designed so lead names, contact details and health answers are not sent to the AI model: your assistant sees a lead as a reference number and a link into the app.

Can Claude update my notes, tags, stages and tasks today?

Not yet. Changing records from your assistant is coming soon and is not available today.

What will it be able to change?

Why does a stage change need care?

A stage change can start or stop the account's own automated follow-up for that lead, so you will name the stage you mean.
