Exact steps

How your assistant does it

  1. Sign in to Virtual Closer. Use your Virtual Closer account. The connection answers for that one account and that one person.
  2. Open Connect AI agent and choose what it may do. If you do not see Connect AI agent, it is not switched on for your account yet. Pick Read only: your assistant can look things up and cannot change or send anything. Letting an assistant make changes is coming soon.
  3. Add your personal link to Claude as a custom connector. Virtual Closer gives you a personal link for your own account. Paste it into your assistant's connector settings. Keep that link private: it is yours alone and is not published anywhere.
  4. Ask your assistant. For example: "Where is my pipeline stuck?"
  5. It calls pipeline_counts. The tool counts leads that are stalled, leaking or gone quiet, grouped by the next move, with a reference and a link for each lead.
  6. You see where to act. Your assistant gives you the counts and which group to start with, with links into the app. Names and contact details stay in the app.

Choose Read only and your assistant can look things up but cannot change or send anything. Connect AI agent has to be switched on for your account first.

Private by design

Designed so lead names, contact details and health answers are not sent to the AI model: your assistant sees a lead as a reference number and a link into the app.

The connection answers for your own account and nobody else's.

Does the answer include lead names?

Can it change my pipeline from this tool?

No. pipeline_counts only reads. Changes are separate tools that are coming soon.
