Coming soon

Coming soon: AI will be able to use Virtual Closer to ask Mira to text one of your leads, under your own agent identity and the account's usual consent, opt-out and quiet-hours rules.
Who it is for
Licensed insurance agents and insurance agencies that use Virtual Closer. Virtual Closer is sales software for licensed insurance agencies. It is not insurance for consumers.
Planned steps
Coming soon. This is built but not switched on for accounts yet, so it is not available today. Planned tools: send_text.
Limits and safety rails
A text or email goes out only under the account's usual rules. If a lead has no consent for that channel, is on a do-not-contact list, or has replied STOP, it does not go out.
Texts and emails Mira writes wait for allowed hours in the lead's own time zone. A booking confirmation goes out when the meeting is booked.
A daily limit on texts and emails applies to each connection, and a booking or cancellation confirmation counts toward it.
Texts and emails go out under your own agent identity, through Mira, and Mira may decide not to send. Virtual Closer does not send as an anonymous third party.
Designed so lead names, contact details and health answers are not sent to the AI model: your assistant sees a lead as a reference number and a link into the app.
Questions people ask
Not yet. Texting a lead from your assistant is coming soon and is not available today.
Your assistant hands your words to Mira for one lead. Mira sends under the account's own rules, may decide not to send, and may be charged.
Consent for texting, do-not-contact, STOP, quiet hours in the lead's time zone and a daily limit on each connection.
Install
One-click install link: coming soon. Until then, use the three setup steps above. The link will be added here when Virtual Closer publishes it.
