Who it is for

Insurance agents and agencies

Licensed insurance agents and insurance agencies that use Virtual Closer. Virtual Closer is sales software for licensed insurance agencies. It is not insurance for consumers.

Planned steps

How it is planned to work

Choose Let it do things. Booking is a change, so the connection must be set to Let it do things.
Ask your assistant. For example: "Book this lead for tomorrow at 2pm." Give a day and a clock time with am or pm.
It calls book_appointment. The tool books one meeting between you and the lead. The lead gets the account's usual confirmation, which counts toward the daily sending limit.
Cancel if needed. cancel_appointment cancels the lead's next upcoming meeting. The lead is told in one text, which also counts toward the daily limit.
You see the status. The answer is a status and a link to the lead in the app.

Limits and safety rails

What it will not do on its own

Consent and opt-outs

A text or email goes out only under the account's usual rules. If a lead has no consent for that channel, is on a do-not-contact list, or has replied STOP, it does not go out.

Quiet hours

Texts and emails Mira writes wait for allowed hours in the lead's own time zone. A booking confirmation goes out when the meeting is booked.

Daily caps

A daily limit on texts and emails applies to each connection, and a booking or cancellation confirmation counts toward it.

You stay the sender

Texts and emails go out under your own agent identity, through Mira, and Mira may decide not to send. Virtual Closer does not send as an anonymous third party.

Private by design

Designed so lead names, contact details and health answers are not sent to the AI model: your assistant sees a lead as a reference number and a link into the app.

Can Claude book an appointment for me today?

Not yet. Booking from your assistant is coming soon and is not available today.

How will it work when it is available?

You give a day and a time and your assistant books one meeting between you and the lead. The lead gets the account's usual confirmation, which counts toward the daily limit.

Will it cancel meetings too?

The plan includes cancelling the lead's next upcoming meeting, with one text to the lead.
