Exact steps

How your assistant does it

  1. Sign in to Virtual Closer. Use your Virtual Closer account. The connection answers for that one account and that one person.
  2. Open Connect AI agent and choose what it may do. If you do not see Connect AI agent, it is not switched on for your account yet. Pick Read only: your assistant can look things up and cannot change or send anything. Letting an assistant make changes is coming soon.
  3. Add your personal link to Claude as a custom connector. Virtual Closer gives you a personal link for your own account. Paste it into your assistant's connector settings. Keep that link private: it is yours alone and is not published anywhere.
  4. Ask your assistant. For example: "Who replied today?" or "What does my day look like?"
  5. It calls who_replied and today. who_replied lists which leads wrote back for today, yesterday, the week or the month. today gives your calls, texts, appointments and tasks as counts, plus what is still waiting on you.
  6. You see the answer. Your assistant tells you how many leads replied and when, with a link to each lead in the app. What a lead wrote stays in the app.

Read only

Choose Read only and your assistant can look things up but cannot change or send anything. Connect AI agent has to be switched on for your account first.

Private by design

Designed so lead names, contact details and health answers are not sent to the AI model: your assistant sees a lead as a reference number and a link into the app.

One account, one person

The connection answers for your own account and nobody else's.

FAQ

Can Claude tell me which leads replied today?

Yes, on accounts where Connect AI agent is switched on. Once your account is connected, ask who replied and your assistant calls the who_replied tool for today, yesterday, this week or this month.

Does the AI read what my leads wrote?

No. The answer carries a count, a time and a link to the lead in the app. What the lead wrote stays in the app.

Can it change anything while looking?

No. These two tools only read. On the Read only setting your assistant cannot change anything at all.

Does this work for my whole team?

The connection answers for your own account and your own leads, not for other people's.
