How do I connect phone & texting?
Link a Telnyx, Twilio, or SignalHouse account so you can call and text leads.
Steps
- Go to Setup → SMS / Phone.
- Enter your provider credentials (Telnyx, Twilio, or SignalHouse).
- Save. The CRM uses these to send/receive texts and place calls.
- Until a provider is connected, calling and texting are disabled.
