How do I register for 10DLC (A2P)?

Carrier registration so your texts deliver instead of being filtered as spam.

Steps

  1. Go to Agency Admin → Agency Settings → SMS / Phone.
  2. Complete the 10DLC / A2P registration for your business (brand + campaign).
  3. Mark it registered once your carrier approval comes back.
  4. Texting stays blocked until your tenant's 10DLC brand is registered — this protects your delivery.

10DLC is the US carrier program for business texting. Without it, messages get heavily filtered.
