How do I send a manual text to a lead?
Type in the message box at the bottom of the thread and press Enter.
Steps
- Open the conversation in the Text Inbox.
- Type in the "Type a message…" box at the bottom.
- Press Enter to send (Shift+Enter for a new line), or click the round send button.
- A character/segment counter shows below the box so you can keep it to one segment.
Manual texts you type are NOT held for quiet hours. They send immediately, any hour. If the lead is on DNC the send fails and a "Clear DNC & allow texting" button appears (only use it with fresh consent).
