How do I open the text inbox and see my conversations?
The Text Inbox is a split view — conversation list on the left, the open thread on the right.
Steps
- In the top nav (or the bottom tab bar on mobile), open Text Inbox (under Prospecting or Clients) — Recruiting calls it SMS Inbox.
- Pick a conversation on the left to open the thread on the right. On a phone it's one pane at a time — tap a row to open it.
- Use "Search conversations…" to search across all message history.
- Filter with the chips above the list: All, Unread,Interested,Pending Booking,Meeting Booked, Needs Follow-Up — plus a Product Intent dropdown.
The list and the open thread auto-refresh every few seconds; there's also a Refresh button in the thread header.
