How do I give feedback on an AI reply (/)?
Thumbs-up/down on any AI message — opens a quick reason picker and coaches the AI.
Steps
- In a thread, hover an AI-tagged message — a and sit next to its timestamp.
- Click for a good reply (recorded as a positive signal).
- Click for a bad one — pick a reason chip (e.g. "Should've just booked," "Wrong info," "Too pushy," "Off-tone," "Missed the question") or type your own, then Send.
Your feedback feeds the weekly coaching corpus. A also triggers a real-time coach that can add a live guardrail to that product's AI prompt — so bad replies get corrected fast.
