How do product pipelines (health, mortgage, life) work?
Each product line has its own pipeline — one person can be at a different stage per product.
Steps
- Each product line (Health, Mortgage Protection, General Life, IUL, Finex, Supplemental) has an independent pipeline.
- Switch lines using the dropdown that IS the board title — click "{Product} Pipeline" at the top-left. The URL updates so it's shareable.
- On a lead, use the Product Pipelines panel's "+ Add product…" to track them on another line; each product card has its own disposition, notes, setter, and closer.
A single lead can be "Appointment Set" on Health and "Interested" on IUL at the same time. The primary product's card is tagged Primary and sorts first.
