How do I move a lead or change its disposition?
Drag a card between columns, or set the Disposition dropdown on the lead.
Steps
- On the board, drag a card from one column and drop it on another to re-disposition it.
- This updates the lead's disposition for the product you're viewing; a "saving…" indicator shows while it persists.
- If that product is the lead's Primary, the change also updates the lead's top-level status (keeps the dialer and AI in sync).
- Or click a card to open the drawer and use the per-product Disposition dropdowns.
Moves are optimistic — if a save fails, the card snaps back with an error. Dropping onto the Other column does nothing.
