Why did a lead disappear from the board?
Archived leads are hidden from the board and default lists. They're not deleted.
Steps
- The board only shows non-archived leads, so an archived lead drops out of every column and the totals.
- It hasn't been deleted, it's hidden from the board and the default Prospects list.
- To work it again it has to be un-archived (an admin task in this app), after which it reappears.
Prospect archiving happens through system/admin flows (import dedup, cleanup crons), not a rep button on the pipeline.
