How do I assign or reassign a lead (and set a setter/closer)?

Edit a single lead, or select rows for bulk assign/distribute; admins can transfer a whole book.

Steps

  1. Single lead: open it → Edit Prospect → set Assigned To, Setter, Closer → Save Changes.
  2. Bulk: check rows in the list → use the Assign To… dropdown in the toolbar (includes Unassign).
  3. Distribute (admin/manager): select rows → Distribute to Agents → set per-agent percentages totaling 100% → Distribute Leads.
  4. Transfer a whole book (admin): go to Reassign Leads, pick from-rep and to-rep, Preview, then confirm.

Changing the owner sends an assignment notification. Setter/Closer can also be defaulted at import time.
