Where do I see missed calls and voicemails?

The Command Center's Answering Machine section lists voicemails and missed callbacks to return.

Steps

  1. Open Command Center and find the Answering Machine section.
  2. It splits inbound misses into voicemails vs. plain missed calls, with a "return every missed call" tracker.
  3. To return a call, open the lead and click Call, or work them in the Dialer.
