How do I start a power-dialer session?
Open the Dialer, enter your cell, and answer when it rings you, then leads bridge to your phone.
Steps
- Open the Dialer tab for your portal. It auto-loads a queue of dialable leads.
- In the "Start dialing" box at the top, enter your cell number and click "Call me and start".
- Under that box are your two call settings: "Dial tone, hear the phone ring" (on by default) and "Record my calls". They save to your profile and stick for every session, so you set them once, but they are read when a session opens, so a change applies from your NEXT session, not to a call you are already on. Turn the dial tone off if you would rather hear the flat hold hum.
- Answer your cell when it rings. The session goes live and every lead you dial bridges to that phone.
- Narrow the queue with the filters (disposition, source, intent, timezone, state) and the 1-hr cooldown toggle.
- Check Auto-dial to grind hands-free, the queue advances to the next lead after each disposition.
There's no softphone. Your audio is your cell phone. The queue only includes valid numbers within the lead's 9am–9pm local calling window, and excludes opted-out leads.
