What happens when a lead calls me back and I miss it?
The system auto-texts the lead to reschedule, hands them to the AI, and alerts you on your cell.
Steps
- When a known lead calls and no rep answers, the system automatically texts them from their assigned number ("sorry we missed your call, what time works to try again?").
- Their reply lands in the SMS inbox and the AI takes over to re-book them — no wiring needed from you.
- You also get an alert text on your cell: "<Name> tried calling you back — call them back from the CRM."
It sends at most one auto-text per lead every ~6 hours, and skips do-not-contact / not-interested / already-booked leads. Cold unknown callers aren't texted.
