What can I do during a call?

Mute, open the keypad, or hang up from the floating call widget; skip through the queue.

Steps

  1. When you press Dial, the lead rings while you hear ringback; an unanswered ring auto-cancels at 60 seconds.
  2. Use the floating widget for Mute/Unmute, Keypad (for phone menus), and the red hang-up button.
  3. Use ← Back and Skip → to move through the queue without dialing.

Note: there's no warm-transfer or conference feature — you can't hand a live call to another rep or add someone in-app.
