How do I call one lead from their page?
Click Call on the lead's detail page; if you have no session it rings your cell first.
Steps
- Open the lead's detail page and click Call.
- If you don't have an active session, a prompt rings your cell first — enter your number and answer.
- Once you pick up, the lead is dialed and bridged to your phone.
- Use the floating call widget (bottom-left) for Mute, Keypad, and hang up.
It's the same engine as the power dialer — just one number instead of a queue. Your cell is remembered for next time.
