How do appointments get booked automatically?

When a lead agrees to a time over SMS, the AI books it on your calendar and notifies you.

Steps

  1. When a lead in an active SMS conversation agrees to a time, the AI finds an open slot on your Google Calendar and books it.
  2. It creates the event with a client-safe title (e.g. "Health Insurance Meeting — <name>") and records the meeting in the CRM.
  3. You get a notification (email, plus SMS if you have SMS alerts on), and the lead gets a confirmation text.
  4. The booked meeting shows on your Appointments and Calendar pages.

If the calendar event can't be created (e.g. calendar not connected), the booking still saves and you get a "booking created but NO calendar event" email telling you to add it manually.
