Tags — labeling leads for branching & organization
Workflows can add or remove tags, and branch on them. Tags show as chips on the prospect.
How tags work today
A workflow's Add tag / Remove tag actions write a tag onto the lead. An If/else action can then branch on a tag ('continue only if tag contains vip'). Tags appear as #chips on the prospects list, the prospect detail header, and pipeline cards.
Using tags well
Tags are great for cross-workflow state: tag a lead 'quoted' in one workflow, then in another only send the follow-up if that tag is present. Keep tag names short and consistent (lowercase, hyphenated) so branching conditions match reliably.
